LIGR and SANFL Partner to Boost Digital Football Broadcasts
South Australian National Football League selects LIGR to deliver broadcast-quality graphics and automated production across all SANFL matches.

The South Australian National Football League (SANFL) has announced a landmark partnership with Live Graphic Systems (LIGR) to enhance its digital broadcast strategy for the 2025 season. This collaboration aims to enhance live-streaming quality, integrate automated graphics, boost sponsorship revenue, and streamline match production processes across multiple SANFL competitions.
LIGR will provide SANFL with automated in-game graphics, seamless integration of real-time statistics from Champion Data into broadcast overlays, high-quality match streaming with automated highlight generation, dedicated account management, and dynamic ad placements for sponsor visibility.
The partnership encompasses coverage of 441 matches across seven SANFL competitions — Men s League, Women s League, Men s Reserves, U18s Boys, U16s Boys, U14s Boys, and Women s Development League — translating to over 2,255 hours of live content.
Ross Starkey, SANFL Brand & Marketing Manager, said LIGR's integration will add a new dimension to their live-streaming, allowing premium broadcasts across SANFL Now at a fraction of traditional costs.
LIGR is a cloud-native broadcast graphics overlay platform for live sports. The platform enables automated, zero-operator production across football, cricket, basketball, tennis, rugby league and more — powering 4,000+ matches annually for organisations including Football Australia, DAZN, Tennis Australia, the AFL, and the QRL.
