Live Graphic Systems (LIGR), a leading provider of cloud-based broadcast technology, has been majority acquired by the Crionet Group, an Italian-founded company specialising in innovative solutions for the Sport and Media Industry.

The partnership allows LIGR shareholders to exit while positioning the company for worldwide expansion. Crionet Group brings global presence and industry expertise to the collaboration.

Key developments include a strategic partnership combining LIGR's broadcast technology with Crionet s international reach, a new suite of sports technology solutions spanning live graphics and data analytics, and continuity of LIGR's existing team and brand identity.

CEO Luke McCoy stated: This exciting journey is just the beginning. We look forward to expanding our global presence alongside Crionet.

LIGR is a cloud-native broadcast graphics overlay platform for live sports. The platform enables automated, zero-operator production across football, cricket, basketball, tennis, rugby league and more — powering 4,000+ matches annually for organisations including Football Australia, DAZN, Tennis Australia, the AFL, and the QRL.
